1.0 NEActor  will not sell any personal information or information transmitted, communicated, or conveyed by you or your agent/casting director/manager that is intended to be confidential, to any third-parties, provided that such confidence is not prohibited by law. You acknowledge that , unless you choose to make  your profile private, any information you post on your profile page (e.g., your name,  email address and phone number)  is publicly available, and may result in unsolicited messages from 3rd parties.

1.1 NEActor may use your contact information to email, mail or phone you in relation to your NE Actor portfolio, for any billing issues, auditions, job opportunities, new services, technical support, promotions, industry-related advertisements and any services relating to your NE Actor account.

1.2 NE Actor is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.  If you are a parent of a child actor, and would like to have your child’s profile appear on NE Actor, please contact Bradley of NE Actor at brad@NEactor.com or 508-341-7468.
