I am also a celeb. chef and have appeared on Emeril Live/Foodnetwork as the top winner in Emerils Italian Contest. I am also a cookbook author and writer and a food columnist for the Medford transcript. my cookbook is called --The Good Life fsvorite Italian recipes/Barnes and Noble. I am also a voice over artist and have been trained at Lau Lepides in wellesley ma. along with voice coaching.

    Frank, thanks for the reply. I have a culinary background also. A little bit of six degrees of separation...one of my best friends was Emeril's boss when he was a young cook coming up at the Parker House Hotel. I can be seen standing just behind the main actors as they enter Baron's in two quick shots. My only hope is that when the DVD comes out,one or both my scenes with them makes it to the director's cut or the deleted scenes section.
