You will NOT be faking anything! Chris showed me some Hapkido style punches and went over proper stance, form and technique. He showed me practical ways to improve the appearance of my fighting style, all the while instructing me in true technique and application. He also gave me a quick and AWESOME Filipino Kali exercise, which you can see in the attached video clip. Kali is known for its use and mastery of sticks and knives in combat applications. It’s generally considered one of the most proven effective weapons systems available today. Students learn offensive and defensive uses of the stick, knife as well as empty hand... perfect for almost any scene you might be asked to play in an action thriller!<br /> <br /> This video clip will also give you a sense of how much fun we were having as well. :)
