Announcing auditions for a brand new cutting-edge Boston New York partnership to showcase the talent of New England Actors! lau lapides company in conjunction with Actors Alliance Studio in New York City present Next Step New York Showcase. This unique, one of a kind, all inclusive program will put you in front of top New York Agents and Managers to Showcase your talents. A highlight of this exceptional program will be an opportunity to prepare for Showcase with Harry O’Reilly, owner of Actors Alliance Studio, a high profile, membership-based, professional actor studio in New York City. All preparation will take place at lau lapides company in Wellesley, MA. Actors will then be escorted by a lau lapides company representative to Actors Alliance Studio in NYC to perform for top industry rainmakers. Over 70 actors signed with top agents through Actors Alliance Studio Showcases.

Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 12:00 to 6:00 PM

Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 12:00 to 8:00 PM

Monday, March 14, 2011 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM

Casting Requirements:

Audition by appointment only. No drop-ins please.

Please bring headshot and resume. If you do not have a headshot, we will take a photo of you on the day of your audition

Prepare a one minute monologue (memorized) OR you may prepare a two person scene from any theatre, television, or film project (a reader will be provided).
